Also, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living area, and a game room complete with a pool table and foosball, the main house can comfortably sleep six people. The bunk house, located just steps away from the main house, offers a spacious loft bedroom, a kitchenette, a private bathroom and a cozy living room, accommodating an additional four guests. With a total capacity for up to ten guests, the Hidden Valley cabin is perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends. Stepping outside, guests can relax in the inviting hot tub under the covered patio while enjoying the beauty of surrounding nature, including 14 acres of private wooded land, ponds and waterfalls, offering peace and seclusion. - Base rate price range is $275 – $570 (8 ppl) per night.
- All reservations require a $500 min. refundable security deposit.
- Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25 years.
- Max. Occupancy is 10 guests.
- Extra per person charge is $25/night up to max. occupancy.
- Children 3 & under stay for free and are included in max. occupancy.
- There is no check-in nor check-out on Saturday. No check-in on Holidays.
- All reservations require a 2-night min. stay. Holidays, June 1st – mid August and October weekends require a 3-night min. stay.
- A 13.25% sales & lodging tax will be added to all reservations (tax rates subject to change without notice).
- Third party host fee is applied at 6%.
- Cleaning fee is $125.
