Renovated in 2021, this cozy cabin offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to four people comfortably. Ideal for couples, honeymooners, and small families, Summit Point is a perfect getaway featuring modern amenities. Guests can enjoy friendly games on the pool table, unwind in the hot tub, and set the mood with the Bluetooth sound system. The cabin's comfortable furnishings and decor create a homely atmosphere inside, while the covered patio and decks provide serene outdoor spaces to relax. Nestled on 17 acres of wooded land with spectacular rock formations throughout, Summit Point offers a secluded escape, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature in a remote setting.
**Our Summit Point cabin is remotely located. 4WD is STRONGLY recommended during winter months and/or inclement weather.**

- Base rate price range is $220 – $400 (4 ppl) per night.
- All reservations require a $500 min. refundable security deposit.
- Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25 years.
- Max. Occupancy is 4 guests.
- Children 3 & under stay for free and are included in max. occupancy.
- There is no check-in nor check-out on Saturday. No check-in on Holidays.
- All reservations require a 2-night min. stay. Holidays, June 1st – mid August and October weekends require a 3-night min. stay.
- A 13.25% sales & lodging tax will be added to all reservations (tax rates subject to change without notice).
- Third party host fee is applied at 6%.
- Cleaning fee is $100.
